      <image:caption>Born and raised in Houston, Randy developed a passion for hockey at a very young age. From Peewee to Midget Major for the Houston Hitmen and Houston Wild, Randy earned many honors including Goalie of the Year for his high school (2016, 2017, 2018) and was invited to the Texas Affiliate Camp (U14, U16). He continued his hockey career throughout his college education as the starting goalie for Dallas Baptist University and completed his Bachelors degree in May 2022. While an undergraduate student, Randy lead his team to the Division 2 State Championship game (2020) and the National Tournament (2021). Randy will be continuing his hockey career and higher education at DBU while serving as the Graduate Assistant to the Men’s Ice Hockey team.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Instructors - Anthony D’Aloisio</image:title>
      <image:caption>Anthony played his youth hockey for the Dallas Stars Elite since their inaugural year in 2009.  During this time, the Stars Elite won multiple Rocky Mountain District titles, including a double overtime thriller against Auston Matthews and the Arizona Bobcats. During his U13 year (bantam minor), Anthony shot the puck the length of the ice to score an empty net goal to seal a game against the TPH Thunder. See the video here. During his junior career, Anthony racked up a .941 save percentage with 4 shutouts, and a .935  save percentage in the playoffs. Anthony now plays college hockey at the University of Southern Maine where he has racked up many awards prior to his senior year.  In his freshman year, Anthony was a member of the All-Rookie Team as well as winning Rookie of the Week twice and honorable mention of the week twice.  This previous year Anthony won Goaltender of the week twice and honorable mention twice.  He also broke the University of Southern Maine record for shutouts in a season and a career.  Anthony is now entering his senior season.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Instructors - Ronnie Vogel</image:title>
      <image:caption>Coach Ron grew up in London, Ontario, CAN. where he played his youth hockey until moving on to Junior Hockey. He spent three seasons with the Windsor Spitfires in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) before moving to Texas to play for the Texas Tornado (NAHL) in their inaugural season. While with the Tornado, he was voted MVP of the NAHL and earned an invitation to the Detroit Red Wings training camp. From there, Ron went on to play 8 seasons of professional hockey in North America and Europe. After the 2008 season he retired from playing but stayed in the professional ranks coaching with the Texas Brahmas in the CHL, capturing a league championship in 2009. Ron began coaching goaltenders in 1996 at a goalie school in Canada and has remained involved with youth hockey ever since coaching at all levels.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Instructors - Jovon Mclaughlin</image:title>
      <image:caption>Coach Jovon has been in the Sports and Fitness industry for over 20 years. Four of those years were spent training tactical athletes in the United States Air Force. He has worked with over 1500 amateur and professional athletes from the ranks of NFL, MLB and Collegiate softball, baseball, basketball, soccer, football and tactical athletes. He has worked closely over the years with sports science and rehab crews and he brings invaluable systems and tools in the strength and conditioning realm. Jovon holds certifications through USA Weightlifting, Exos Sports Performance Specialist, Tactical specialist, Applied Neuroscience and Peak performance and Speedo fit, TRX, VIPR, Rossiter, FMS, B-Strong BFR, Cooper Institute to name a few. He has recently relocated to Dallas from San Diego, CA where he spent several years working at EXOS which is one of the more reputable athletic performance companies in the world where over 12,000 elite athletes are supported in their respective off season. Through Jovon’s experience with different sports and athletes of all ages, he brings a ton of experience with sports performance analytics, motor control and speed development to the sport of hockey. As Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Jovon will be establishing a platform for achievement that all athletes in the organization reach and exceed their potential. He is excited to bring energy and is committed to the long term development of the players. He is devoted to keeping the demand for staying at the top of their game, and pushing it to a new level.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Instructors - Mike Soulen</image:title>
      <image:caption>Coach Mike grew up in Irving, Texas where he started playing hockey at the age of 7 as part of the Dallas Jr Stars. At the age of 10 he started playing goalie where he would play select hockey for the Jr Stars and the Lone Star Wolves organizations. In high school, Mike played for the Carrollton Farmers branch school district.  He played 3 years on the varsity team. His senior year he would move to Salt Lake City, Utah to play junior hockey. He would play a total of 3 years of junior hockey where he stared coaching goalies with Billy Pye in the off seasons.  In the Fall of 2006, he committed Saint Mary's University men's hockey where he graduated with a degree in Sports Management.  Since returning from college Mike has been working part time with the Dallas Stars in their front office. His goalie coaching experience includes Billy Pye’s Goalie Academy, Plano Senior Hockey Organization, Dallas Stars Elite Girls and is currently entering his 3rd season with the Texas Tigers.</image:caption>
